"I joined Hannah’s yoga class over 3 years ago and I absolutely love it. I can feel tired and drained when I walk in but I always leave the class feeling peaceful and relaxed. Hannah’s wonderful combination of vinyasa yoga and meditation has allowed me, as someone who tends to live in my head, to fully connect with my own body for the first time. I have learnt to truly feel where I hold stress within my body system and this has enabled me to begin gently releasing years of built up tension. Some of the yoga classes I have attended in the past focused on getting into the ‘perfect pose’ but with Hannah, she truly understands that every body is different and there is never a focus on attaining that ‘perfect pose.” Her classes focus on listening to your own body and allowing it to unfurl at its own pace.
